But in reality I don't know too much about him. My perception of him is kinda like a southern form of Nick Bockwinkel. Or something close to The Cerebral Assassin gimmick. No idea if that's anywhere near accurate lol.
I really like Tully, I'd say he's more compared to Flair especially when he was in the Horsemen as they had that similar "finer things" gimmick going even before the Horsemen started. Him teaming with Arn in the late 80s are one of my favorite tag teams
He was one of my favorites to watch during those Mid-Atlantic episodes from '85 and '96 they uploaded earlier this year, basically right before and during the formation of the Horsemen
I always picture him in a suit, talking down to his opponents and shit. Which is all I've seen him do. But that was all with the Horsemen I'm pretty sure. Never seen his solo stuff.
It was pretty similar to that before, he was the most "Horsemen" like of any of them before their formed since Flair was a face at the time. Tully even had JJ Dillon as his manager before they joined the Horsemen
In this game, The Four Horsemen never existed. Ole and Flair are with JCP. Arn is wrestling in some Florida territories where he's a world champ in one of them. And Tully works for me in the AWA.
That's crazy to think about bc of how influential the Horsemen were, same with Blaze's game where there was never an nWo, like I can't even begin to imagine that shit
