I'm not sure how 2005 works anymore, it's pretty bare bones compared to 2015. I'm sure in that version you could put in future scenarios

Tryin' to create my own roster from scratch with every wrestler in their prime was always my goal but that shit takes literal months

Sounds like you did something one of my friends did before. He made this database cause project dream. Basically every single wrestler was in it, but in their prime. Took him awhile to do it. Shit was fun as we played it with screen share over his laptop.
