Think it might have been actually. Still its not really what I think of as a gimmick match. It was pretty much straight up.

On paper it looked better. I enjoy big dumb shrank movies. In the end it played it too safe. Still I've seen far worse.

I agree with that Deezy. But I doubt compared to many modern blockbusters that the Meg cost that much. There are worse offenders.
