Yeah the goal was to make everything as accurate as possible to irl in The Wire

They don't do a lot of tropes like cliffhangers either which makes it easier to binge nowadays bc it's just a continuous story

Honestly I'm not big on binge watching. I think the last time I did it is Breaking Bad, kind of regretted rushing it. I think savouring a show is nice, but each to their own. It's why I try to avoid talking about newer shows now, everyone is always ahead of me.

It annoys me that I now hear certain words in Trump's voice now. I've heard his catchphrases so much it's drilled in my mind.
