Fam he only had the job bc his parents were friends with the owner and they'd use his Ford discount bc he was techincally an employee to buy from us for cheap

I tried to hire someone from Panola to be our part time receptionist in the afternoon too and all of them that applied ended up not being interested

So I ended up going with some old retired lady bc everyone else had kids and asked me "so this is really all the hours I'd get?" during the interview so I knew it wasn't lasting if they were hired

Probably doesn't help we've offered the same wages for over 10 years now while everyone else has slowly raised theirs around here lmaoooooo

Like we've been losing everyone to other places close by the last year or so just bc of that

Receptionists started at $8.50 previously but I was given permission to raise that to $9 this go round
