It never fails that once a week the cashier for our service department asks me what she's supposed to do when the card reader glitches and I tell her at least once a week "idk, I've never used a card reader, you should call the help desk"

And then she calls the help desk and they fix it

just unplug it and plug it back in probably

Nah she at least tries that option first

This was like some specific error message she's never gotten before so I was like "ummm write that down then call this time"

people that have absolutely zero intuition and need to ask questions for EVERYTHING

I've met some that I'd prefer to just ask bc their intuition is so bad tbf

Good. Edelman just got upgraded to active. So I guess soon maybe I'll find out if Jones is playing. If not I at least can change him out and slot Edelman in there. Tho Edelman might be the better choice over Jones with how he's been this season.
