If I wasn't so damn hungry I would have let it marinate overnight :lol I just hit it with some pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Keep it simple.

I don't marinate very often either if I'm just cookin' for myself. I kind of just let it thaw in the fridge over night and season it when I wanna cook
