I was a manager at McDonald's so I can tell you that the Quarter pounder has more meat, the Big Mac uses two 10:1 (10 patties to a pound) patties and the Quarter Pounder uses one 4:1 (4 patties to a pound) patties. ... The Quarter Pounder is bigger.
