I haven't quite got the marinade right but I can cook some tacos fucking close to El Jaliscience

I usually just make those, quasadillas or sometimes enchiladas though and the enchiladas are def more of the Tex-Mex variety

Oh I can make some damn good authentic tacos.

Mexican food is like the one thing I pride myself on cooking everything else I'm like "I just follow the directions" lmao

I'm not gonna lie to you. One day, I did one of those taco pies, with plain tortilla, some taco seasoning and cooked some Rice-A-Roni mexican rice, adding cheese on every layer. You talking about an appetizing dish if you cut one of those.

But I also stole my mom's strategy of not rolling up the enchiladas and just putting everything on top of a bed of tortillas and eating it like a casserole, would recommend if you're lazy

Honestly, I'm not deep in cooking Mexican food.

I got into cooking pretty much everything besides traditional southern food bc everyone else cooked that

So I'd probably fuck up some chicken fried steak but I can make some mean tacos, stir fry, curry, etc.

I've never fried anything tbh.

I just use the air fryer now

Much easier and allegedly healthier but I don't realy care if it is or not bc it's easier and stuff taste great out of it

My girlfriend makes enchiladas. I never learned to make the sauce.

I love the air fryer. But what I was saying, that I never necessarily made fried chicken, steak, pork chops, etc,.
