okay so I'll explain the match portion of it. You take turns posting, 5000 word minimum. Let's say i wanted to hit you with a spear. Id have to type (insert wrestler here) attempts to hit a spear, if it connects like they planned they would then go for a fury of punches on their opponent. If those connected he would then attempt ... and so forth. Then your opponent replies and lets you do what they want, and then cuts it off from some point in your post, and attempt their own stuff. Basically yall are going back and forth putting on a match. But everything you do is an attempt and the opponent decides what connects and vice versa. Its upto one of you two(or how ever many is in it) tondecide who wins among yourself. If yall can't when the deadline comes, the admins decide. The last one i was in was called GOW. I had an Athena and a Dezmond Xavier in it lol. my Athena claimed the company stood for Goddess of War (and this is a good year or more before she claimed AEW was Athena Elite Wrestling)

When I first discovered forums I was on both a DBZ and Bleach forum that had RP battles like that except there were barely any rules and everyone just wrote that they won lol

Oh okay sick. Long time ago I was in an e-fed that had those sort of rules for their hardcore championship specifically. You'd just go back and forth writing your match and it basically counted as your RP. At a certain point, it would just be cut off and the person writing the show would decide the winner and write the finish based on the matchwriting. But it was more of an honor system, you could really write whatever. Usually, people would leave off their parts on somewhat of a cliffhanger though, leave it in the hands of the other dude to decide what happened next.

In my old E-fed we would do open ended RPs similar to open challenges and you could leave it for anyone to reply or leave it a mystery who was allowed to reply if you had a surprise dual promo planned lol
