btw, the German butcher stuff that Bistro has is quite good though. Not exactly on point, I'd say, but could be interpreted as modern German cuisine. Maybe a bit fused with modern cuisine in general.

from what I could tell these were regular food trucks that specialize in other stuff trying to be German for a weekend and it didn't come across well. The beer was good tho
