Do they not also have mayo and possibly also ketchup on them? Kinda makes it moot. Lotta places just mix the three for their burgers

Yeah I figure. Only place I worked at with their "specialty burger sauce" was all three mixed But like Whataburger for example I know comes with mayo and mustard as the default

Isn't 'Burger sauce' like all 3 mixed with some diced onions though?

I think it's a massive guessing game for sure. No one knows exactly what it is but gets as close as they can.
