My Sister and Brother are geting manajaro injections. She lost 2 and half stone. My Older Brother lost nearly 5 stone.

I don't want to shit talk the ozempic stuff because A. when used for actual medical reasons it can support people with diabetes B. it's some peoples only resort. But I do feel like for myself, I know how I can lose plenty of weight with cutting indulgent behaviors and just being more active and working out more. So taking what would be the easy route just feels like something that would bite me in the ass in the long run
