my dentist said no more gum like 4 years ago after some dental work. I took him at his word.

I read something a little while back that some sugar free gum is actually good for your teeth but that feels like propaganda by big gum to me

I mean I think it was more about the physical gum not being good for the fillings.

I do altoids or even WWE Breath Death. (yes WWE has a deal with a breath mint, they're like pop rocks too)

That makes sense, the physical gum just also feels bad to me for your teeth too tho lol or at least your jaw, you shouldn't be chewing all day
