Can anyone help remove this guy? I love my arms and abs in this pic.. Just not him.

EDIT: Yes, this is an old pic, almost 25 years ago. I have to do a picture spotlight about myself for work- I work a a doctors office, btw.. I love my physique in this, but have very few pics. I just don't want him in it. For all the hate, I know there are truly nice people on this page.
