General Chit-Chat Thread: A New Beginning

My home town is 10.5 even and that place only has 6k people lol still got lots of farmland I guess though

yeah idk if that counted farmland or just the city itself or what

we have around 6k ppl i would say but we have like 5 cities in a 30 mile radius that have like no grocery stores so we get a lot of traffic from those places.

Should just be what's the official city limits not the outside areas that might still have it as their address

Yeah my hometown of 6k is also the biggest town in the county, all the others are tiny communities that may have one grocery store

But it's also a small county, barely have to drive to not be on it on every direction

same, less than a half hour

I don't live in a city, but the county i am in is 326 square miles. When I lived in Macon, that's 249.38 square miles.

When I was younger my grandma originally lived in an old town that wasn't considered one anymore officially bc their post office closed down lol I forget the specific term it was called after

If we go by mailing purposes for address it has me in Byron(but I am not in the city limits at all) that's like 8.79 square miles. but I don't count that since I am not in the city limits and only have Byron because you have to have a city for your address lol.

Yeah that's like my hometown, once we moved to the lake we were outside the city limits but still had it as our city address

my sister used to live in a city that is about 20 minutes from us and they didn't have mail delivery

 

[Butters]

everyone just had to go to the post office and pick up their mail.

 

[Chris]

My grandma's just had mail delivery from our town that incorporated the community I think, school bus routes and everything too
