in my opinion it's the better game.

I did enjoy Skyrim when I did play it for a little bit

Oblivion had better quests and guild lines. skyrim just kind of made the game mechanics easier.

the only downside really of the game was the graphics and now that's redone so it's like a masterpiece for me.

also, you don't have perk points with levels, you can reach 100 in every skill and get all the perks

I might wishlist it on Xbox, and they should tell me when it goes on sale. I would think

0-24 is Novice, 24-49 is apprentice, 50-74 is journeyman, 75-99 is expert and then 100 is master
