I dunno... even if she wins, I wouldn't call it "making" Tiffy. Charlotte is too burned to be considered this gatekeeping "big boss" by now. Especially after she already gave Rhea the main floor two years ago. Rhea, Bayley, Iyo, Bianca... those are the ones who should've been the big ones to "overcome" for Stratton this year.
