I always thought Duke was better at professional wrestling because one thing that he did great was he knew how to (pretend) to be a garbage man and we all know that skill is what you need to be a successful professional wrestler. (Just to be clear this is sarcasm)

I wanted to pick someone from the down years of WWE (1995) and someone that may have been known but not really well known. Also someone who was a cup of coffee type (Adam Bomb was a thought but he was around for a while).
