i get a talking to weekly for having overtime but they schedule me 40 hours and expect me to clock in 5 mins early every day

Everyone else seems to either only be 4 days or they'll have a short shift one of the days but I'm like the only person that has full 8 hour days all 5 of my days.

One week I called in a day and they were like, "hey you did good on hours this week, keep it up"

Really goes to show how little people actually think

The task is pay less over time, the only way they know how to get it done is yell at the employee to work less hours while not scheduling them less hours

usually on mondays i will work with another person until 8pm cuz its busy
