I don't like thundras but tried them n ya u can expand so fast in the shitty areas no one likes n u get +6 to +8 prod thr moment u build ur district (which is their unique and cheaper). I combod that w the governor thst let's u buy districts w faith. Making super productive cities so fast. Only downside is ur always food hungry but it's workable. I also got lucky n took a full desert city n built the wonder for food n prod n money on sand. That was my clutch city I made to buffer Gaul
