I just feel like I can't believe it's worse from the research I've seen, I believe there's separate issues than you get from sugar tho so probably is worse for some and not for others

I do love my regular sugar but I don't wanna Coke off like Kif lol

But either way I feel better cutting out sugar sodas completely, when I have one now I feel like shit. If I get a craving I have like one diet or zero sugar a week with a meal and I'm good so I won't be changing that until I see a big reason to lol

Diet sodas taste so bad until you stop drinking regular sodas for a long time

That's how I feel too but also when coke zero first came out that converted me bc I liked it so it was easy to move over, I still think diet coke sucks but diet dr pepper is okay, that's what I'll have at work once a week lol

I used to get caffeine withdrawal headaches but I cut back on only having two cups a day at work and now on weekends I'm good now having one lol used to I'd make one cup at home on weekends a day bc otherwise I'd have a lingering slight headache

It just makes you addicted and gives you a massive comedown 24 hours a day until you go back on it

I feel very jittery when I have that first cup of coffee so that's hard for me to believe lol withdrawals def real tho

And energy drinks certainly energize me but in a way I don't like lol
