They messed up Star Wars by switching directors twice through the sequel trilogy btw

yeah that was an odd choice, im not a fan of that. i prefer one vision

You can have JJ Abrams dumb crowd pleasing bullshit or you can have Rian Johnson introspective "new take". You can't have one, then the other, and then the first one comes back, and each contradicts the previous one

it's honestly easier now bc I was watching Shield and the Netflix shows before which had more content than the Disney ones but the Disney ones are by far more canon to movies

I only have Dark Phoenix and New Mutants left, which were the only two I never saw before I started the franchise rewatch a few months ago lol but going through Legion and The Gifted shows too

I agree it was a bit long and that one part could have been cut but otherwise it was fine
