1tb would be fine for games and windows (highly recomend installing windoes on ssd for much quicker boot times, my pc boots like 10 seconds flaty)

best advice i have ever received : dont upgrade shit until you upgrade your GPU first

CPUs last forever and it looks like u have an i7 , which is chill. probably old but they lost a while. GPU (video card) is always going to be ur biggest jump and biggest investment. thats ur baby. upgrade that before anything else (but its gonna be pricey af)

sinceu dont need anything crazy id likely aim for something like a 4060 , 3060 if u can find cheaper or used or smth similar. but ur f ine for now
