Series S is a pretty nice machine.

very nice, still haven't played too much on it outside of SF6 or Tekken 8, but muh fuckin cat knocked it off of my TV stand and broke the HDMI port in it a few months ago

but my friends usually only get one so i have to basically get games on those if i want to play with them.

I usually like to have both just because some games seem to run better on other consoles or exclusives

For me, it’s because sone games I want, have some of the time been exclusive to one. so it’s like, I need this just to play this game, but I need the other for another game

depends on what it is. if it's a game like Baulders Gate 3 where its a ton of story i don't really want to play with friends who will just talk over the dialogue or fuck off in the game.

but if its like CoD or Halo or Left4Dead or something then sure

I remember we all bought this game called Sacred 2 on xbox 360 and they skipped all the cutscenes and dialogue so i closed the game after like an hour of play and never touched it again.

it also didn't seem to be that good of a game.

The few story based games me and my friends have played, we took seriously and watched cutscenes and everything else. Only time we would fuck around would be during any period where you was just free roaming and not actually doing anything story related

I did the same thing in Diablo 3 as well because we played once and it was cool but the next time we played my buddy was like 40 levels higher than me and killing everything in one shot.
