oh damn, i was speaking of the really funny twangy rednecky one in that show, but that makes sense, im guessing the parts esp north and east that are close to the eastern provinces and QC has metis and french influence kinda like Louisiana?

naw there’s a ton of authentic Mexican places here Half the time they get shut down cuz the workers all get deported.
And bbq is universal now plus so many regions have their own style

theres actually some good restos here but we dont really have a deportation problem here
