I have policy decisions I agree with, other times I've definitely disagreed with something they said or done.

And when election-time comes again in Canada, I'll make my vote depending on how they've done vs how viable the other options are.

And if I'm still stuck (since Canada we don't elect the PM directly) I'll just consider the local candidates and vote based on that.

I wont lie, when i first joined here i thought it was mostly trumpers lol

I think when it comes to political "support" towards someone. If it is close to election time in the states (since the US is seemingly always in election mode) or election time in Canada, a small sign on your lawn for a candidate you support is fair. Understandable, then you remove it after the election.

But anything more, no matter who you support is pretty cringe

And this is coming from someone who has canvased for local campaigns before.

I supported the candidate, agreed with the party for the most part, and volunteered.

 

[Rosie]

But I also didn't put that candidate's face on a flag.

 

[Rosie]

And kept it outside my house
