I just wrecked my deadeye a lot at first but once I got that under control I was cool with cores

I'm getting used to it but having to eat/drink and all that is a chore

I almost never use deadeye, which is probably a bad thing. I used it like 3 times in the first game.

The trick is there's a trinket that lets you pick double mint, oregano, and thyme and you pick a lot of those then combine them with big game meat (which is any predator) and it gives you gold cores

If you can get away without using Deadeye, it's super good.

Deadeye is just really useful for crowd control

that's probably why I get ambushed by gangs and they murder the fuck out of me

So one thing you can do is picking the plants whenever you see them to stock up, then go hunt alligators in the Swamps bc they're the easiest predators to kill and you stick up on the gold core meat and just eat one when yours run out

Yeah if there's a ton of enemies use deadeye and just headshot real fast

But sometimes the auto aim works better for me too, just aim and move slightly up for the head shot lmao

If the enemies are already bunched together that's when deadeye is OP

I mostly just use deadeye for hunting animals too mot humans

a lot of times they are like, "surprise!" and then it takes me an hour to pull out my gun
