With all the DLC there's like 50 different leaders now and maybe 30 or so different countries since some have repeat leaders

One funny spot in this game happened around like the 500s AD, I'd declared war on both Persia and Sumer by accident bc I thought they were the same country....anyway I thought I was invading deeper into Sumer who I'd attacked first but turns out that was actually Persis who ended up taking all their cities

I always thought that was Gandhi but I think someone on here recently said he's actually a POS

So then I had to go back north to where the rest of Sumer was that I didn't realize and that was more of a struggle bc I only meant to kill one at a time then regroup

Just talking about having no storage room, then Amazon is like bet

I took their second to last city but wasn't ready to take the last one so I made peace and then made the mistake of declaring friendship (I needed trade partners) which I then realized you had to wait to declare war on them for like 200 years after that

The second to last city kept rebelling and I was also rapidly losing money trying to invade Sweden instead who Sumer was helping with so I took back the city for like the 8th time and then offered it back to them for an ungodly amount of gold and they said yes

The the friendship ran out right around when I finished the swedem war thankfully so my deck d Sumerian war lasted like 4 turns after that bc I took the two cities easily then

And the funny part was the one city that I sold them back was the last one I took this time, and at that point it was rebelling against Sumer bc it wanted to go back to being my city anyway, ungrateful fucks
