Im pretty sure certain video games are going to progressively be linked to some positive brain developments long term. Not all obviously, but studies already show "brain teasers" whether digital or analog could help in the development of dementia

And I really can't imagine regular training of reflexes and hand eye coordination won't be beneficial throughout a lifetime

I am convinced puzzle solvers , RPGs, Strat games and even fighters are good

I think run it's probably easy to separate it in thinking games vs reflex games but it's all brain centric and all games have some form of both for the most part, at least the thinking part lol some might not have reflexes

Yea and there's a lot of mental stacking in fighters and psychology is huge in all competitive games imo

so I can tell you the moment I just stood there and waited for a second I got soooooo much better. There's a lot of plsystykes and aggression is good . But you get way better faster letting ppl kill themselves
