that used to be a glitch on hardcore where they just kept coming. i assumed they fixed it but it sounds like they didn't.

not a glitch. It's timed like the village horde in 4. You have to run a bunch. Roof. Shoot dudes off until big bro shows up then survive a bit longer (2 minutes at least felt like). I swore a lot but did it after maybe 7 tries
