I'm not sure how to approach the TV Dad list. Should I rate them as how good they were as characters overall, or how good they were as actual dads

Mine will be a mixture of both, probably like 60% their dad rating, 40% entertainment. I'm finding it hard to rate animation vs sitcom mostly
