u can learn to wrestle to a degree. U can't really teach charisma. U can teach promo structure but u can't really learn from a book how to talk n connect w ppl. U either got it or u don't imo

I do think new Japan specifically will have a stronger link to AEW because it really boils down to if the talent still wants to work within the same working arrangement because then they know they can still go back occasionally. But they probably are a couple of cases where I could just boil down to money in those cases that would be just has to open it up a little bit more if they want that person of course.
