looks like Libs will be 3-5 votes short of a majority. so no risk of toppling gov. ndp took a huge hit and down to like 7 seats so they will be propping up the libs as they cant afford another election. this is very good for canada as the libs will have to make deals to pass some stuff but they only require like 5 extra votes so it wont be very hard to negotiate. if the cons get their heads out of their ass they may even be able to work with the libs on some policy. but they would have to decide to tone down the rhetoric and start working for canadians instead of just trying to win power
NDP is true left (but still within the realms of capitalism), PPC is far right, CPC is right, Green is far left, BLOC is kind of left but its more the part of Quebec's interestes
we have our election this weekend. I pre-voted. it's annoying. both are fuckwits. fighting over a cultural welcome to country, inflation, cost of living, immigration. but both neglecting schools, medicine, housing, agriculture.
