Would it be horrible for me to say, as someone who probably would never get such procedures done on me, but if you're a person who needs constant surgeries done on your body, all elective to adjust your appearance, you might actually have an underlying self-esteem issue and should talk to a professional about that rather than trying to change yourself to exceedingly risky standards?
