Ngl the more I see of other people's work at this job, the people making less are the ones doing way more work lmao life is a scam

That’s how it always is. The people at the top are just there to make decisions and for escalation but the ones at the bottom do all the actual work

That's partly bc my boss just assigns everything he's told "have someone in your group" do to the newest one lmao I got asked to do something today and I was like hold on, she already fucking did this and sure enough she did 2 weeks ago and he didn't even remember

He’ll ask me like a week later and I’m like I emailed this to you a week ago

Yeah I mostly just took over my own shit, it just gets annoying this time a year when we're doing some extra stuff with his direction bc of year end

Outside of that I handle my stuff, I fixed all the broken processes and I just make him call someone if they're being difficult when i don't feel like it

Stupid friend I had at this job left a couple months ago and I volunteered to take a few of his things bc I already knew how to do them but I got assigned more too so that's the only thing that's added to my workload

He's the guy I've went to wrestling shows with, I keep telling him to get me hired at his new place bc I know it has to be great for him to have left bc he had the sweetest gig at our job
