this one I've always suspected but it was more mild so I just picked around them in stir fries and only had reactions if I ate one

The only peas I like are fresh raw ones right out of the pod

The good news is when I did my allergy testing last year the one thing that did come back negative was pine nuts so I might be able to eat pesto after all which I've always avoided bc I thought I couldn't

I actually eat them pod and all in my salads
