Yeah I felt you used to do that back in the day with NXT mostly when it was still up against Dynamite and that's when I was getting annoyed at you lol but it was still pretty much limited to just NXT threads, I find it's easy for me to forget stuff when someone goes back to talking about wrestling like a normal person after...it's the people that never turn it off

I can admit I was def a tribalist at the beginning, and AEW itself was kind of puishing us to be this way back then too (im not blaming them tho, im responsible for my own actions). Some of that was also because NXT and WWE purposefully tried to kill AEW before it started, so it did feel like a "war" then. I still will apologize for my behavior then though, it was classless.

its hard also to separate product and company, and wwe was very evil (still is imo) then so I guess it was "easy" to mock people watching it and feel morally superior watching aew at the time. Cody, ironically, was also very big on pushing this narrative along with Tony

easily, it was more just disappointing bc of how it fell off especially bc when it was first competing with AEW they were doing really good stuff
