If your job provides any kind of insurance (it will come out of your paycheck) then some offer virtual appointments and the first couple are usually free or pretty cheap for mental health stuff. My insurance recently added that, I think all virtual appointments are free but if you end up being assigned to like a specialist it would cost some

Yeah that’s what I’m gonna look into, something virtual for therapy. Cause I really do just wanna get some help. For myself and also because I don’t like taking my bad mood out on others either.

Idk your area that well but virtual might be the best option anyway, I know there weren't anything decent in east Texas. The hospitals can barely help physical ailments. Here there's a ton of in person options tho

I live in the country so yeah, not to many choices. Hell I don’t got many choices close tbh that’s hiring right now. Like my best bet is the Dollar General two miles from my house lol

One time my friend broke his ankle at football practice and he went to the hospital in our ton and they told him it was fine and to put weight on it, he needed surgery
