as advice for workouts, perhaps some light yoga can help as well as some minor diet changes. ddp is good obvi buttheres some good free yoga out there on youtube thats just as useful at least for pain relief

I’ve tried the yoga rout brother, I even had the DDP DVDs and it didn’t work for me cuz all that squatting is and such is hard on the hip when it’s bone on bone.

yeah u def need the types of yoga that has options for injuriesetc, ddp isnt bad but some of it is still rough

its hard to find good stuff with hip for sure cuz ur gonna be bending in most activities
