Only thing out of the water I can deal with foodwise is fish

I'm not that high on most seafood including fish but crawfish is really good, just a pain to eat

Yeah you just boil the crawfish, corn and potatoes all in a giant thing with a ridiculous amount of Cajun seasoning, it's great

...hmm, I dunno what else would be in there, but just from those ingredients I'd swap the crawfish out for some nice chicken

Yeah on a lot of Cajun dishes I prefer the chicken/sausage variants over shrimp or fish so that would make sense. Gumbo for example
