I've made them in an oven before for mass production so yeah probs taste just like that in an air fryer, not much different than a pan, you just don't have to flip

The videos I seen, said to flip it

Oh I usually do them on a wire rack so the oven heats pretty evenly top to bottom. That's an option with how some air fryers look but not others

If they're flat yeah you should flip
