the wifi in these prebuilts suck tbh, all of them i have tried max out at like 40mbps. i had to buy this usb antennae for it to get 200-300mbps. I also got a ethernet cord extension for downloading and playing games online that goes super fast.

Yeah sometimes I turn on my PC and it doesn't recognize it has a wifi driver, so I have to restart it sometimes once or twice to get it to work.

hmmm. i would try uninstalling mb and let windows update try to re-download and install driver?

Luckily my PC fuckin zooms on startup so it's only like an extra minute spent restarting it

i had to send one back to best buy for that very reason. It didn't recognize any wifi signal out of the box and i couldn't hardwire it at the time so i just mailed it back to them.
