I think that's AEW's biggest need right now, structure. They should not be so rigid that they do not have any room for change, but a room of people who work on the general structure. Each person gets a few storylines to guide at a time, work with the wrestlers involved. TK vets stuff. And a couple people who are mainly responsible for communicating with the roster and if people have ideas to hear them, get them down, and work with the team to see if/where it fits.

Like I know from the opening last year all they have in the way of accounting is a controller, barely any staff. Their openings rn are for decently high level production staff and that's it, which tells me they probably don't actually have anyone doing it rn bc they've been open forever

I check their job openings fairly regularly and other than some like social media stuff, I've never really seen any kind of mid level opening so I don't think they have enough staff for those positions to exist yet, probs using a lot of Tony's own people if anything
