I can understand if he expected to be main event right away (since he had that potential in WWE but was held back) but like, a mix of him missing time due to other projects, and injuries, you can't just jump in and be a main eventer right away. There has to be some build.

Yeah, hell, we say Jericho needs time away, but I'll give him credit, he at least tries to come up with ideas/characters/storylines, usually with some intention of helping someone else as well.

I say intention, there's a law of diminishing returns in regard to his rivals, though thoses who ally with him recently have been able to pivot into something good after. Garcia, 2.0 DADDY MAGIC GETS HIS WAY and both Bill and Keith are getting over.

im sick of the guy too but nobody can say he didnt earn it as well. he helped start the compoany and hes a world champ in tlike 20 diff companies. he's earned it for sure (tho id wish hed see he needs to chill)
