I see it as technically two but practically one. There's more distinction between WWE and NXT than AEW and ROH regardless of ownership technicalities lol

Maybe I'm in a bad mood today bc it's like every post being made rn I feel like arguing with

no worries my statement wasn't one where I was super informed, just spitballing the main reason why. I would think that eventually Shad would be able to stop putting more money into the ownership of AEW whenever he wants, considering it's his money.

Well if Grim is doing this for TEW, then he gotta count NXT as it's own thing anyway also so I think I'd put it above TNA and ROH.

Chris is spot on. Yes sure legally they're 2 companies but they operate as one entity. But there is zero way right now you can say ROH is more independent of AEW than NXT is of WWE just by watching the product.

So in TEW terms I would have ROH and NXT both as child companies of AEW and WWE, that's the only way to make everything feel right

I would probably have NJPW over ROH for TEW popularity in America too but only slightly. Last World numbers I saw were a few thousand over Honor club for America and I think the honor club number was actually worldwide too

Probably no other indies tho, ROH draws well for their 3 PPVs with no AEW brand attached, only thing really to compare
