def speaking in more general terms that a bone break usually heals faster than a ligament tear (muscle i think more depends on the muscle itself and the severity of the tear)

obviously it's still not good to break things but a clean break so to speak usually heals pretty ok. def agree it can be bad though esp if the proper healing and care isnt done

bone will heal pretty good if clean but has a structural weakness for a while after.
