If you ever make a tomato based pasta bake, especially if it's spicier, spread a layer of crème fraiche on it, before you throw the cheese over it. Fuckin' amazing combination.

I spend like $100 when I make lasagna I also blend ricotta, spinach, and artichoke and use it as a layer

I like artichokes when they're chopped up and you're not getting big chunks every few bites but I feel that way with most things lol
