I've done it a few times. I'll buy a game on sale for like 2.99 and then realize I probably will never touch it so I return it and then it goes on sale again and I'll do the same thing

but the max i've probably refunded the same game was twice.

I think it keeps track of all purchases/refunds in payment history tho so yeah they might see it getting abused and stop it.

Yeah bc that's how I found my purchase from 2022 to refund lol I couldn't find the option on the game page, I had to find the exact purchase
