Bro if someone’s coming out of jail and you wanna show him how far shit came, you gotta start with a game that’s got killer graphics. RDR2, GTA V, or something else along those lines. Show him what games are truly about

You'd have to jump in the middle tho, those games are half a movie before you actually get into playing lol no one uses to super Mario Bros gonna have the patience for it

GTA is a little better but after the first mission serves as a tutorial It's still a lot of exposition

Some fighting, racing or sports games would be good, but I'd probably just go with a recent Mario

I actually don't think fortnite is a terrible choice as long as he isn't thrown in blind and someone at least tells him to land where guns are

Oh yeah I mean at first he wasn’t even playing, he watched the person play first then they gave him the controller. I just meant that like, graphic wise and everything else, they were some better choices. Fighting or sport games work also. The person showing him had a PS5. So it’s gotta be whatever they can get on it. Idk if they got a Switch for Mario

Fortnite seems like a good starter game. Its easy enough to play and get used to for beginners
